Eu fiz isso, funcionou de primeira comigo mas as vezes vcs tem q tentar mais vezes com outro atendente, mas vamo la.
OBS.: tem q pelo menos saber o basico de ingles!!!!
1- Você entra neste site help.ea.com/connect-with-us
2- Log na sua conta da EA e ponha "Battlefield 3" qnd pedir o jogo.
3- Selecione "XBOX 360" ou "PS3"
4- E assim selecione "Live chat"
5- Le espera por uns 5 min
6-Use um inglês formal com o/a atendente e faça isso ...

Viram, easy and fast, mas tem uns atendente mais esperto, então inventem alguma desculpa decente, e isso acho q tb serve pra FARM de 800 MS Points tb galera XD. Da pra qlqr tipo de jogo da EA que tenha códigos, como DLC's e funciona pra pc e PS3 também
